BFTFP shows has welcomed over 6,500 spectators at some shows and consistently generated between 2,000 and 3,000 at most shows. We have the spectator traffic you need to sell your goods and services.

Vendors Are Always Welcome at Our Shows

Although there are occasionally restrictions on the type of vendors we can allow at our shows, vendors are always welcome at our shows. We accept food and retail vendors, as well as many other types. Special stipulations are listed below. By completing our application, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to the following points.

Important Notices

We welcome any and all craft vendors, whether vehicle-related or not. We also welcome any and all types of swap meet vendors, as long as the car show location has sufficient room to handle the swap meet. Special interest vendors, which do not fall into one of the above categories are welcome with prior approval. Non-profit vendors are also welcome for fund-raising only. Food vendors are subject to approval and are subject to a percentage of gross sales to be paid to the designated car show charity.

All vendors spaces must be reserved and pre-registered. Vendors cannot show up onsite on the day of the show without having made prior arrangements with car show staff. All vendors will be assigned specific locations by the car show staff based on the location size they requested on their application..

Electricity is available for a hookup fee of $25.
